Who has inspired you in your life and why?
I do not have the list of the people who inspires me
since I get inspiration from each and every person I meet.

What was the toughest decision you ever had to make?
I believe that everything is tough if you lazy about
it. And everything is easy if you are crazy about it.

Have you considered starting your own business?
No sir I don’t have any planning to start my own
business. I just want to make career in reputable organization like yours. I’ll
consider that organization as my organization. I’ll work there with full
dedication. My focus is on improving my performance and career in growth.

If you won $ 10 million lottery would you still work?
I’ll definitely work because money that comes
through luck may not long last but work experience and knowledge we gained will
always be ours.

How do you define success and how do you measure up to your own definition?
Success means achieving self satisfaction with our
work. So I feel satisfaction is the measure of success.

Actually it’s difficult to predict future but surely
I would like to see myself at position where no one to lose me at any cost and

Sir am not in a position to rate you but as you
asked I’ll give 9 out of 10 because nobody is perfect in this world there is
always a chance to improve ourselves.

My short term goal is to get this job. My long term

Yes sir I am always waiting for this kind of opportunities
because it gives me a chance to interact with new people, new culture, new
language which provide a new challenge or a new difficulty level for me and
everyone know more difficult situation you handle more you grow.

I would love to work under pressure as it will judge
my limits and helpful in knowing those strength that I might have not known
working a healthy condition.

Hard work is step for smart work. Hard work gives
experiences and experiences enable us to think smartly to solve problem in
easier way.

Confidence means “I can select your organization”.
Overconfidence means “you’ll select me in your organization”.

How do you feel about working nights and weekends?
Sir frankly speaking I would like to spend my
weekends with my family and friends. But if at any point of time my
organization requires my presence I’ll be there. Whether it is night or
weekends.
